Condiciones bajo las que Rivas Indeed presta sus servicios. / The terms under which Rivas Indeed provides its services.

SMS and Text Messaging

If you opt in to receive text messages from Rivas Indeed (operated by Rivas Indeed LLC), you agree to receive recurring automated SMS messages such as appointment scheduling links, booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and customer-care/support messages at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. We will never sell your mobile phone number or your text-messaging consent to third parties, and no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the service providers that help us deliver the messages you requested.

  • Message types: appointment scheduling links, booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and customer-care/support messages
  • Frequency: varies — messages are tied to your own appointments and requests
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply

  • Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

SMS y mensajes de texto (español)

Si das tu consentimiento para recibir mensajes de texto de Rivas Indeed (operado por Rivas Indeed LLC), aceptas recibir mensajes SMS automatizados recurrentes como enlaces para agendar citas, confirmaciones de reserva, recordatorios de cita y mensajes de servicio al cliente al número móvil que proveas. El consentimiento no es condición para ninguna compra. La frecuencia varía y pueden aplicar tarifas de mensajes y datos.

Puedes darte de baja en cualquier momento respondiendo STOP, o responder HELP para ayuda. Nunca vendemos tu número ni tu consentimiento a terceros.

1. Consultas y citas / Consultations and appointments

La consulta inicial es privada y se coordina previamente. Las citas de tatuaje se confirman con un depósito, el cual se acredita al total del trabajo. Las citas son solamente con cita previa.

The initial consultation is private and scheduled in advance. Tattoo appointments are confirmed with a deposit, which is credited toward the total. Service is by appointment only.

2. Depósitos, cancelaciones y reprogramación / Deposits, cancellations, rescheduling

El depósito reserva tu fecha y el tiempo de diseño dedicado a tu proyecto. Puedes reprogramar con aviso razonable y el depósito se transfiere a la nueva fecha. Las ausencias sin aviso pueden resultar en la pérdida del depósito.

The deposit reserves your date and the design time dedicated to your project. You may reschedule with reasonable notice and the deposit carries over to the new date. No-shows without notice may forfeit the deposit.

3. Diseño y propiedad intelectual / Design and intellectual property

Cada diseño es original y creado específicamente para ti. Rivas Indeed conserva los derechos de autor sobre el arte y puede fotografiar y publicar el trabajo terminado, salvo que solicites lo contrario por escrito.

Every design is original and created specifically for you. Rivas Indeed retains copyright in the artwork and may photograph and publish finished work, unless you request otherwise in writing.

4. Salud, edad y responsabilidad / Health, age, and liability

Debes tener 18 años o más y firmar el consentimiento informado antes de cualquier sesión. Debes informar cualquier condición médica, alergia o medicamento relevante. El cuidado posterior es tu responsabilidad y afecta directamente el resultado final.

You must be 18 or older and sign the informed-consent waiver before any session. You must disclose any relevant medical condition, allergy, or medication. Aftercare is your responsibility and directly affects the final result.

5. Pagos / Payments

Aceptamos los métodos de pago indicados al momento de reservar. Los precios finales se determinan en la consulta, luego de evaluar el proyecto completo.

We accept the payment methods shown at booking time. Final pricing is determined at the consultation, after the full project is evaluated.
